In partnership with the Northeast Center for Healthy Communities (NCHC),TeamUp will conduct Marblehead's first-ever survey of parental attitudes and perceptions about youth tobacco, alcohol and other drug use.

That's why TeamUp is asking you to participate to build a long-term strategy for providing education and outreach to better address our youth alcohol and other drug use.

You can begin by answering a few short, simple questions on this anonymous survey. Your responses will let us know the community beliefs about youth substance use.

This important work cannot succeed without your help. It only takes 10 minutes of your time. Survey will be available online on Oct. 22, 2007 through November 16, 2007.

Results will also be compared to the outcome of the 2007 Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) conducted in April 2007 by the Marblehead Public Schools and will be made available to the public through this website and through the local paper.
